Please read our terms and conditions before making your booking.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival: Saturday from 4:00 p.m.

Departure: Saturday before 10:00.

Rental periods are per week. Outside of high season or whenever possible we can be short or long stay bookings.

Prices

The prices per week include electricity, water, sheets, towels except pool and beach towels. Our towels must remain in the gîtes. Linen is changed weekly.

The cost of electricity consumption may be applicable outside high season.

The deposit to be paid upon booking is 30% of the total amount of the stay; it is not refundable in the event of withdrawal.

The balance of the total amount of the stay is payable 8 weeks before the arrival of the tenants. If the reservation takes place less than 8 weeks before the date of arrival of the tenants, the full amount of the rental is then requested. It is non-refundable in the event of cancellation*.

*We advise all our guests to take out vacation rental cancellation insurance.

In the event that we should, for an exceptional reason beyond our control, cancel the reservation, the entire amount paid will be refunded to the tenants. We would then try to find a solution.

The tenants must communicate the list of names of all the people (children included) who will stay in the lodgings. People not on the list will be refused.

Payment

Credit cards are not accepted. Payment is made in euros, by bank transfer or check.

Condition of the gîtes

On their arrival, the tenants will find the lodgings clean. They are asked to respect the premises and the equipment and to leave the premises clean and in good condition when they leave.

Security/Damage Deposit

A deposit of 250 euros per gite is requested upon arrival of the tenants. This is returned 10 days after the departure of the tenants, if there is no damage and if the gîte has not required a number of hours of cleaning greater than normal.

General conditions

• The gîtes are non-smoking.
• Pets are not accepted.
